Get started with your new driving range account
GolfMore is made so that you can both use your DGU card or another NFC card, but we strongly recommend that you install the GolfMore app instead to get the best experience and all options.
You can download the GolfMore app on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
First select your country to log in, and then press GolfBox for Denmark. Log in with the same information you use when you use GolfBox in general. GolfMore has then automatically created you as a user with the email registered in GolfBox.
When you are logged in, it looks like this:
At the number 1: Here you can see your ball product and if it has any restrictions on use.
At the number 2: When you stand in front of the ball machine, the button becomes active.
To draw balls, you simply have to select on the ball machine's screen that you are using an app, and then press 'Draw balls now' in the app - and remember to put a bucket of balls under the dispenser before you press the button :-)
Press the GOLFMORE APP or DGU-/BOLDKORT button.
You then pull your DGU card through from the top with the magnetic strip inwards.
Some clubs have chosen to get an NFC chip in their DGU card. You can see if you have a contactless icon on the back of your DGU card.
If your club has an NFC chip in the DGU card, the payment system will always be ready for you to "tap" your card against the screen. This must also be done with ball cards that are not DGU cards.
If you have NFC and you come to a club with a magnetic card as preferred, you can either use the magnetic strip or press the button for NFC.
If you don't have NFC and you come to a club with NFC as preferred, press the magnetic stripe button.
