Driving Range Machine Is Closed At Wrong Times

Driving Range Machine Is Closed At Wrong Times

If you experience that your driving range machine shows "CLOSED until x", it is because the terminal has for some reason gone into the wrong time zone. This error should be fixed automatically after August 2026, but here is a manual fix.

1. Hold your finger on the GolfNext logo at the top left of the terminal until it asks for a code

2. Enter the code "0000", then press the red button. After a second, it should have cleared the code.

3. Now enter the time + today's date. For example, if it is 13:48 on July 16, enter 1316. Then press the green "OK" button.

4. Some new options will now appear. Select "TERMINAL MENU"

5. Now navigate to your device's settings. Scroll down to the bottom and tap "System"

6. Now tap on "date and time"

7. Now tap on "Time zone"

8. Here you can now tap on "Region" and then select the correct country. Then check if the time zone matches yours correctly.

9. Now press the arrow at the bottom of the screen until you return to the normal GolfNext home screen.

If the terminal still says "CLOSED", hold your finger down on the GolfNext logo again, then enter your employee code and press "OK". Then select "Normal payment" on the admin screen. This should solve the problem!
